EchoWalk: an AI powered text-to-speech playlist

EchoWalk is an AI-driven text-to-speech platform designed to make your commuting, walking, cooking, or exercise time more productive. Just paste any URL into EchoWalk.com to create a playlist of articles for later listening. No signup is needed, and it's completely free to use.

Getting started

Simply visit echowalk.com and paste in an article URL. For example, Guardian articles, TechCrunch or Wikipedia are good.

Features

At its core, EchoWalk uses advanced AI language models for natural-sounding speech and is currently experimenting with various Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimal summarization. While the AI voices in the Beta version lack emotional range, they are selected for their pleasant, newsreader-style quality, making extended listening enjoyable.

Limitations

Please note that EchoWalk currently does not process video content, like YouTube or TikTok links, but may consider integrating audio description and subtitles in the future based on user demand. EchoWalk respects web ethics and avoids sites that disapprove of automated content retrieval, like Reddit. EchoWalk is free and anonymous, with optional account creation for syncing across devices but paid versions with unlimited summaries and additional features will be available soon.
